At Skaleups, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time, and we work diligently to ensure smooth processing, dispatch, and delivery.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you to explore the nearest delivery options or issue a full refund.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we may expand to international markets in the future.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification once your order has been shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days (depending on your pin code and location)

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries may take up to 10 business days in remote or difficult-to-reach locations.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier backlogs.


4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 is charged for orders below ₹999.

  • For bulk or custom orders, shipping charges may vary depending on package weight, volume, and location. These will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.


5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

  • Link to track your order in real time

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website under the “My Orders” section.


6. Packaging

All orders are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to ensure the safety and integrity of your items during transit. If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately before using the product.


7. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, some issues may be outside our control. Skaleups is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays by courier/logistics partners

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics

In such cases, our customer support team will assist you in resolving the matter or issuing a refund or replacement, if applicable.


8. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 4 hours of order confirmation at contact@skaleups.com or call +91 99821 28999. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been shipped yet.


9. Missed Deliveries / Re-attempts

If you are unavailable to receive the delivery:

  • Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us.

  • We will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to reship the item (additional charges may apply).
