Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@skaleups.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us at support@skaleups.com.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
